The ITC M Series Machine is a fast and reliable automated drill/rivet installation machine. It is compact, efficient and can be moved from department to department or from job to job with relative ease. The M Series portable machine is designed to process a wide range of parts from small clips to medium size subassemblies. Throat depths of 12 or 18 inches are available for the portable machines. The M Series is offered in both a standard single spindle model and a dual spindle model. It also can be purchased with a "C" frame that tilts through 55 degrees. This feature allows large parts that have flanges that are installed at angles to the main part to be riveted in the flat position. This can greatly reduce the cost of tooling and time manipulating the part for fastener installation. The M Series is also offered in a floor mounted version. The floor mounted version can be purchased with either a 24 or 36 inch throat depth. All versions of the M Series machine operate on 110 volt AC power and standard shop air (85 psi).
