Model "MACH 3" Electric Riveting Machine

Townend Aerospace Tool Company / ITC Aerospace Division is pleased to announce the introduction of the "MACH 3" Automatic Riveting System for our customers fastening application requirements of the 21st Century.

The "MACH 3" utilizes the latest technology available in the industry to provide the customer with an "All Electric" servo controlled machine system for installing fasteners of all types in any material. A minimal amount of compressed air is required for chip blowers and part clamping.

The Head is designed as a modular system in order to add stations as required for the customer's application.

Options available for this system include 35, 000 RPM spindle, SPC Probe or Camera station, Programmable Pushaway, Sealant Station and Automatic Tool Changer just to name a few.
