Model ITC-C-Series Drill & Rivet Installation Machine

This automatic machine was designed and built by ITC Aerospace Division to install fasteners in a variety of aircraft components. The machine automatically clamps the part, drills and countersinks the hole, applies sealant to the hole, and installs and upsets the fastener.

The machine can be ordered in a two-position head or a three-position head if sealant dispensing is needed. Throat depths from 48 inches up to 120 inches are available and upset forces from 12,000 to 20,000 pounds can be provided. The servo controlled drill spindle can be driven by either an electric or a hydraulic motor.
